This award recognizes exceptional commitment, leadership, and impact in advancing reptile conservation efforts through our global network. Each year, one outstanding individual is selected for their exemplary contribution to our mission of protecting and documenting reptile species worldwide.

Award Criteria

Setting the Standard for Excellence

Candidates for the TRM Leadership Award are evaluated based on the following criteria:

Dedication: Demonstrates a strong commitment to TRM’s mission by actively participating in projects, initiatives, and events.

Leadership: Takes on a leadership role within the organization, inspiring and guiding others in the community.

Impact: Contributes significantly to reptile conservation efforts, either through direct action, education, or advocacy.

Innovation: Introduces new ideas or approaches that enhance the effectiveness and reach of TRM’s initiatives.

Collaboration: Works effectively with fellow volunteers, chapter leaders, and advisors, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
